Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a fighting crossover video game released on the Playstation Vita, and also on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, developed and published by Capcom. It is a updated version of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, and it was released on November 15, 2011 for the console versions, and on February 22, 2012 for the PlayStation Vita on the system's launch day. As a port of the console version, the PS Vita version of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will let you battle any time and any place. Featuring over 50 iconic characters from the Marvel and Capcom universes, a refined fighting system, eight new stages and everything you would find in the PlayStation 3 experience.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for PlayStation Vita will feature online and local multiplayer, touchscreen functionality, NEAR, Heroes & Heralds mode, special gold herald skins, replay mode, 2 DLC characters, Spectator mode, and some of the most intense fighting action to ever hit a handheld.
